My name is Luke, and I believe most problems with data happen because people aren’t comfortable navigating, interpreting, or analyzing available information.

I’ve built a career on getting people, teams, and organizations more comfortable with data.

Seeing lightbulbs of awareness go off in people’s eyes 💡when they spot a missed opportunity, identify an emerging trend 📈, or realize that simple steps could make a huge difference in their work—that’s the kind of stuff that gets me fired up.

I founded GuideTorch because I realized that I have a unique ability to guide people through the data wilderness through communication, understanding, and system design.

I have over a decade of experience working in the intelligence, analytics, and online marketing space. I have an MBA (I understand business and organizations) and I have a Master of Science in Data Science (I can do the techy stuff to actually get analytics projects across the finish line).
